Microphone access
If recording cannot start, allow microphone access in the browser or operating-system settings, close other apps using the microphone, and return to Record. On Android, keep the ongoing recording notification enabled; on Apple devices, do not force-quit while recording.
Processing recovery
If transcription or summarisation fails, keep the meeting in history and use Retry processing. Valid local audio remains available after provider errors, connectivity loss, and interrupted background work.
Missing meetings
Local history is stored per browser or installed app. Private browsing, clearing site data, uninstalling the app, storage pressure, or changing devices can remove local copies. If private sync was enabled, reconnect the same account and use Sync now.
Account and device access
Use Settings to reconnect a native device through the secure system browser. Never send a password, passkey, two-factor code, or device token to support. The Account page can permanently delete synchronized data and the authentication account; the same steps are published at Delete your account.
Report a problem
No meeting title, participant, audio, transcript, summary, or action text is attached.
